Revoking a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested and Land Taken in the District of Buller

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby revokes the notice dated the 15th day of July 1985, and published in the Gazette of 18 July 1985, No. 132 at page 3052, declaring stopped road to be vested and land to be taken.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/471.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/471.
