Declaring Right of Way, Right to Erect, Operate and Maintain Dunedin Airport Circle Guidance Light and Right to Convey Electricity to be Acquired for Civil Aviation in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right to convey electricity over the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an airport and a right of way easement in gross and a right to erect, operate and maintain a circle guidance light over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for an airport, vesting in the Crown, its employees, agents and licensees the rights relating to right of way easements set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, on the 29th day of July 1993.

Road Realignment—State Highway 35, Kemps Hill, Gisborne District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in the Crown, and which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 35.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 135/20.

Land Declared to be Road in the District of Buller

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 67 and shall remain vested in the Crown.
