Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a road and vested in The Manawatu District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Land in Hamilton City Set Apart for a State Primary School

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the appurtenant drainage easement created by Transfer S. 206924, to be set apart for a State primary school.
