Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Marlborough District Council on the 20th day of May 1993:

"That in exercise of its powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Marlborough District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for local purpose (site for community centre) purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

3,228 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 2282. Together with a right of way created by transfer 25322.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto as a historic reserve, subject to the provision of the said Act.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice 1993, No. 11.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Survey and Land Information

Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.

(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares that the:

(i) Area of stopped road firstly described and the land taken, now known together as Section 5, S.O. 45302, and the area of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 6, S.O. 45302, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 644, folio 243, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 884400.3, B. 109123.1 and H. 997641.4, and to cavaet B. 132877, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas of stopped road thirdly and fourthly described, now known together as Section 8, S.O. 45302, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 644, folio 244, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 884400.3, B. 109123.1 and H. 997641.4, South Auckland Registry.

(iii) Area of stopped road fifthly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 45302, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 644, folio 245, subject to memoranda of mortgage B. 884400.3, B. 109123.1 and H. 997641.4, South Auckland Registry.
