Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, James Christopher Lovelace, Director-General of Health, hereby give notice as follows:

Notice

The notice referred to in the Schedule is hereby amended by adding the words “Director-General” after the word “Lovelace,” and before the word “define”.
The notice referred to in the Schedule is hereby further amended by adding the words “Sai Woh Wong, medical practitioner of Auckland” after the words “Murray David Patton, medical practitioner of Auckland” in the right hand column of the schedule to the notice specified in the schedule to this notice.
