Notice Revoking Declarations of Class B Noxious Plants in Wellington Regional Council District Noxious Plants Authority (No. 5267; Ag. 1570-03-3)

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby revokes the declarations of the following plants set out in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of the region of Wellington Regional Council District Noxious Plants Authority, appearing in the Schedule to the notice entitled “Declaration of Class B Noxious Plants in Wellington Regional Council Noxious Plants Authority (No. 4974; Ag. 12/10/18/6)” published in the New Zealand Gazette on 22 March 1990, No. 43, page 955.

Marine Reserves Act 1971

Fishing for Whitebait in Kapiti Marine Reserve (Waikanae River Mouth)

Pursuant to section 3 (3) of the Marine Reserves Act 1971, I hereby authorise the fishing for whitebait as defined in the Whitebait Fishing Regulations for non-commercial purposes from the part of the Kapiti Marine Reserve which encloses the Waikanae river mouth, conditional on compliance with the Whitebait Fishing Regulations 1991.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 October 1991, which was granted under those regulations to Paul Sullivan in respect of Wairoa Community Childcare Centre, 8D Kabul Street, Wairoa. The centre has been re-established as Kids House Childcare Centre, 264 Marine Parade, Wairoa, as from 12 July 1993.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 10th day of September 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Karen Beard in respect of Dow Beard Fitness Centre, 29 Enfield Street, Mount Eden, Auckland. The centre has been re-established as Totspot, Level One, Suite 7, 93 Saint Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland.
