Standard Grade and Packaging for the Export of Apples and Pears Amendment Notice 1993 (Notice No. 5263; Ag. 12/2/14)
This notice amends the Standard Grade for the Export of Apples and Pears Notice 1987 (Notice No. 4263; Ag. 12/2/14) published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, Friday, 4 December 1987, Issue No. 215 at page 5559 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal notice”).
Pursuant to regulation 13 of the New Zealand Grown Fruit and Vegetables Regulations 1975* and section 19 (2) (b) (ii) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby gives notice of modification to the grade standards and packing and grading requirements respectively in respect of apples and pears intended for export from New Zealand such requirements being as specified in this notice.

Title—(1) This notice may be cited as the Standard Grade and Packaging for the Export of Apples and Pears Amendment Notice 1993.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Title and Grade—Clause 4 of the principal notice is hereby revoked and the following clause substituted in its place:
