Used tyres of a kind used on motor cars, or on light commercial vehicles, having an internal rim diameter less than 508 mm, but excluding used tyres imported for the purpose of retreading by a retreader certified to NZS 5423.

The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 4012.20.01 00L of the Tariff of New Zealand. The Tariff Item and Statistical Key are provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Sacred Heart College, Lower Hutt.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 13th day of July 1993. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.

Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Change of Address of Clinic Specified as a Place at Which Controlled Drugs May be Prescribed, Administered, or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Janice Marjorie Wilson, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify the clinic named in the Schedule as a place at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered or supplied for the purposes of section 25 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

And the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 27 March 1980, Issue No. 29, at page 916 and relating to the Auckland Hospital Board’s Clinic at 393 Great North Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland, is hereby revoked.
