Reclassification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Nelson/Marlborough Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby reclassifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (site for playcentre) reserve, being formerly part of the Mapua Recreation Reserve.

Vesting of Reserve
