11 JUNE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE 1987

Department of Conservation for the West Coast Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Tini Kauai Scenic Reserve.

Dated at Hokitika this 27th day of May 1992.

Town and Country Planning Act 1977

Approval of Scheme Change No. 10 (Commercial Fishing and Viaduct Basin Development)

Pursuant to the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, Scheme Change No. 10 (Commercial Fishing and Viaduct Basin Development) which makes amendments to section 5.6 of the scheme was approved by the Planning Tribunal on the 22nd day of April 1992, after all objections, appeals and arbitrations relating to the change had been disposed of and the change had been amended to give effect to all objections and appeals allowed and all amendments of the change required by the Tribunal had been incorporated.

As directed by the Planning Tribunal, the change shall come into operation on the date that it is gazetted being the 11th day of June 1992.

Copies of the full scheme change as approved are available in the office of the Regional Council, Coastal Resources Section, Level One, Regional House, 21 Pitt Street, Auckland, during normal office hours.

Dated at Auckland this 8th day of June 1992.
