Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares the land in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Central Otago District Council on the 11th day of June 1992.
