Conservation Act 1987

Notification of Disposal of Conservation Land

Pursuant to section 26 of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land formerly held for conservation purposes, firstly described in the Schedule hereto, has been disposed of to C D and N J Win of Haast for the consideration of two hundred and twenty-five dollars including GST and the land secondly described has been disposed of to P W and J A Jones of Kokatahi for the consideration of four thousand three hundred and seventy-five dollars including GST.

Westland Land District—Westland District

231 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 11785, situated in Block VIII, Okuru Survey District. All certificate of title 8A/331.

2807 square metres, more or less, being Reserve 1932, situated in Block XIV, Kantere Survey District. All certificate of title 5D/1265.
