Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of May 1992, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, appointed Messrs Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Primary Objectives Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of October 1991, given by that company.
The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Twenty-sixth Floor, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed, is all Primary Objectives Limited’s undertakings, property and assets, including uncalled capital, wheresoever situated.
