Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, with reference to Goodman Earthmovers Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of June 1992, the bank, at the request of Goodman Earthmovers Limited, appointed Kenneth Athol Howard, insolvency consultant of K. A. Howard Limited, 10 Seaview Road, Paraparaumu Beach, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 17th day of October 1978.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Trifford Investments Limited (in receivership), with reference to Aroha Waihou Bakeries Limited (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 25th day of May 1992, Trifford Investments Limited (in receivership) appointed Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountants of Gosling Chapman, Eighth Floor, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of March 1991, which instrument was given in favour of Trifford Investments Limited (in receivership).

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
