"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14
of the Reserves Act 1977, The Franklin District Council
hereby resolves that the piece of land (held by the said
district in fee simple) and described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a
recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

North Auckland Land District—Franklin District
1.1720 square metres, more or less, being Lots 9, 10, 11, 12
and part Lot 13, D.P. 16549, part Lot 1, D.P. 13796 and all
the land on D.P. 25648, situated in Block IV, Onewhero
Survey District. All certificate of title 86D/381.
Dated at Auckland this 25th day of May 1992.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the
Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation,
hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The
Wellington City Council on the 14th day of February 1992:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Wellington City
Council, hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the
said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule
hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a
scenic reserve within the meaning of section 19 (1) (b) of
the said Act".

Wellington Land District—Wellington City
3014 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on Deposited
Plan 51832, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District. All
certificate of title 21A/469.

Classification and Vesting of Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the
Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation,
hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto,
as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act
and vests the reserve in The Tararua District Council in trust
for that purpose.

Part Waione Recreation Reserve
1,6397 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, Block III,
Mount Cerberus Survey District. All certificate of title 34C/
529.

Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of
the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule
hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the
purpose of educational and recreational use, training,
community and marae purposes for the common use and
benefit of the Tainui people and other persons associated with
the Turangawaewae Marae.
