Declaration of Vehicle with Motorcycle Controls to be a Motorcycle

Pursuant to section 2 (2) of the Transport Act 1962, the Secretary for Transport, hereby declares that the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto, is a motorcycle for the purposes of the said Act.

Schedule

The 3-wheeled vehicle with motorcycle controls and a Honda engine bearing the engine No. 1019364, which was built in 1992 by Mr M. R. Buckingham of Christchurch.

The Traffic (Hastings District) Notice No. 1, 1992

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Paul Edgar, Senior Traffic Engineer, Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:

This Notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hastings District) Notice No. 1 1992.

The Minister of Transport's duly authorised delegate hereby declares those localities and roads within markings identified in the Legend of and appearing on plan numbered TT9201/1 and plan numbered TT9201/2 and plan numbered TT9201/3, each entitled "SPEED RESTRICTION PLAN, HASTINGS DISTRICT" and held by the Head Office of the Land Transport Division of the Ministry of Transport to be closely populated localities, 70km/h speed limit areas, limited speed zones or to be excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by subsection 52 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, as may be ascertained from the Legend. The said plans and Legend are hereby incorporated in this notice.

The following traffic notices are hereby revoked:

1. The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1989, signed on the 22nd day of March 1989, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

2. The Traffic (Hastings City) Notice No.1 1985, signed on the 17th day of May 1985, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

3. The Traffic (Havelock North Borough) Notice No. 1, 1980, dated on the 14th day of March 1980, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

4. The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated on the 9th day of November 1979, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

5. The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated on the 23rd day of December 1975, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

6. The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 2, 1973, dated on the 16th day of October 1973, issued pursuant to regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
