Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

I, Susan Ann Hughes, with reference to Victoria’s Tavern Limited, hereby give notice that on the 17th day of May 1992, I appointed Kim Scott Thompson and Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of May 1991.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Para Limited, with reference to M W Fashions Limited ("the company"), hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of May 1992, Para Limited appointed Barry Grey Tuck and Peter John Curran, chartered accountants, whose office is at Curran Sole & Tuck, Chartered Accountants, corner of Amersham Way and Davies Avenue, Manukau City, as receivers and managers of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture dated the 22nd of March 1981.
