The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Associated Blasting Services Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 18th day of May 1992, the bank appointed Stephen Michael Sudbury and Leah Veronica Peacock, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Sudbury & Co., Chartered Accountants, 118–120 Bank Street, Whangarei, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 8th day of October 1987.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all of Hoverspace Developments Limited’s undertakings, property and assets, including uncalled capital, wheresoever situated.
