Amending a Notice Imposing a Building Restriction in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Police, the Manager, Finance and Assets, Region 2 Police Headquarters, Rotorua, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of April 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 April 1992, No. 60, page 1248, imposing a building line restriction in Thames-Coromandel District by:

(a) Deleting the word “lands” and substituting the word “police”.

(b) Inserting in the Schedule before “situated” the words “on S.O. Plan 58954 (lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton)”.

Land Set Apart for Road in Lower Hutt City

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, hereby declares the land held for motorway purposes described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road and shall remain vested in the Crown.

Road Legislation State Highway 1 in Porirua City

Pursuant to sections 114 and 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road (State highway) and to remain vested in the Crown, and the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and remain vested in the Crown.
