Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated 24 April 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 30 April 1992, No. 60, page 1245, acquiring land for soil conservation and river control purposes by omitting from the last line of the Schedule thereto “S. 632938” and substituting “S. 632928” in its place.

Land Acquired in Connection with Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes, Hauraki District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58598, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12B/274, South Auckland Land Registry.

Road Realignment in Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped, and further declares that areas “E” and “G”, now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 58598 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50A/718, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 848103.7, South Auckland Land Registry.
