To: The Directors of Michael H. Stossel & Company Limited.

Take notice, that The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, in exercise of the powers reserved to it under the said debenture, has appointed Stephen John Tubbs and Kevin Michael Thomas, chartered accountants of Coopers & Lybrand, Level Fifteen, Robert Jones House, 764 Colombo Street, Christchurch, jointly and severally as receivers and managers, to enter upon and take possession of the mortgaged premises and to exercise all, or any of, the powers in that behalf conferred on a receiver and manager by the said debenture and by law.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Limeburners Bay Vineyards Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of May 1992, the bank appointed Rodney Gane Pardington and Russell Stuart Hay, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of May 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
