Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Countywide Banking Corporation Limited (formerly Countywide Building Society), with reference to Hyden Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of May 1992, it appointed Stephen Rex Tietjens, accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the undertaking, property and assets of the above-named company under the provisions contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of May 1987.
