Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the 6th day of November 1991:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared
