(2) This amending notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1992.

2. Open season—(1) Clause 4 (a) of the principal notice is amended by adding a new subclause:

“(xiii) In respect of Lake McLaren and the Ruahihi Canal from the 1st day of July in any year to the 30th day of June in the following year”.

(2) Clause 4 (b) of the principal notice is repealed and replaced with:

“(b) In respect of Lake Waikaremoana from the 1st day of July in any year to the 30th day of June in the following year”.

3. Bag and size limits—(1) Clause 5 of the principal notice is amended by inserting between subclause (1) and subclause (2) the following new subclause:

“(1a) No licence holder whilst fishing from Lake Waikaremoana may take and keep in any 1 day more than 2 brown trout which may be included in a daily aggregate of 8 trout bag limit from that lake”.

Pursuant to section 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 27th day of September 1991 validating the reclamation of land at Richmond Tip by deleting the reference to Nelson City Council wherever it appears and substituting The Tasman District Council, and by deleting the reference to Moutere Inlet wherever it appears and substituting Waimea Inlet.

Pursuant to section 4 (1) (a) (i) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of the land referred to in Part A of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991 as the “Nelson Harbour Lands” to be revested in the Crown and held for conservation purposes under the Conservation Act 1987.

(a) Boulder Bank:

(i) 87.2000 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 14733, situated in Block XVI, Moutere Survey District and Blocks V, VI, IX, Wakapuaka Survey District.

(ii) 1.8000 hectares, more or less, being Section 3, S.O. Plan 14733, situated in Block XVI, Moutere Survey District.

(b) ‘No Mans’ Island:

2.0400 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 14587, situated in Block II, Moutere Survey District.

(c) Motueka Sandspit:

43.3000 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. Plan 14586, situated in Block IV, Motueka Survey District.

(d) Whakapuaka Raupo Swamp:

1.4080 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 14320. All certificate of title 9C/538.
