Pursuant to the Marriage Act 1955, the Registrar-General of Marriages, hereby gives notice as follows:

Confiscation of Motor Vehicle
Pursuant to section 32 (4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 and pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 an order was made in the High Court at Christchurch on the 12th day of March 1992 against Hugh James Robinson for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:

Transit New Zealand Act 1989
Declaring State Highway to be Limited Access Road
Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated the 8th day of April 1992, pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 30, commencing at the northern junction of Amohau Street extension (RP 147/0.15) and proceeding in a southerly direction to the junction of the Amohau Street extension (RP 147/0.98) as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2 and 3 of plan LA/25/124/1 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Hamilton and, there available for public inspection to be a limited access road.

Revocation of Limited Access Road State Highway No. 6βTatare Stream to Docherty Creek
It is notified that Transit New Zealand, by resolution dated the 8th day of April 1992, pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby revokes the limited access road status from that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill) from Tatare Stream (RP 596/10.35) to Docherty Creek (RP 610/4.55), as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan MOW 35132 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Christchurch.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1992
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Controller Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1992.
The area specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The roads specified in the Third Schedule are declared to be limited speed zones pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Te Awamutu Borough) Notice No. 1, 1979, dated the 23rd day of January 1979 issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
