Foodstuffs (Wellington) Co-Operative Society Limited, a society duly incorporated under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908, having its registered office at Kiln Street, Silverstream, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of April 1992, it appointed Robin Brockie, chartered accountant of Egmont Road, R.D. 6, Inglewood and Bruce Carlaw Richards, chartered accountant of 64 Waiwaka Terrace, New Plymouth, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Marty’s Market Limited under the provisions contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 9th day of October 1985, which property consists of all the assets, property and undertaking of the said company.
