Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Teina Irene Beri, taxi proprietor of Porirua, being the holder of a debenture in favour of the ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited dated the 8th day of November 1990, which debenture was assigned to her by deed dated the 6th day of April 1992, hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of April 1992, she appointed Keith Hartley, accountant of Porirua, as receiver of the property of Fantame Meats Limited under the powers contained in the said debenture, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets relating to the operation of the business carried on by the said Fantame Meats Limited.

Further particulars can be obtained from the receiver whose address is 67 Arawhata Street, Porirua.
