New Zealand Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of the 15 Valley Meatworkers Benevolent Society. Register No. 470, unless within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, a member, or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
