Land Acquired for Granting of Compensation in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

1534 square metres, adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. S. 12088; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 59043, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Plan 51378, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton,” which words appear in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Land.
