Classification of Reserves and Declaration that the Reserves be Part of the Peel Forest Park Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserves to form part of the Peel Forest Park Scenic Reserve.
