Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land, jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

Schedule

Hawke’s Bay Land District—Hastings District

735 square metres, more or less, being Town Section 22 Haumoana, situated in Block III, Clive Survey District. S.O. Plan 8359.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together with Declaration that the Same Land Become a Historic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister deemed responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes, and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be held as a reserve for historic purposes, subject to Section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Nelson Land District—Buller District

11.0969 hectares, more or less, being Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. Plan 13621, situated in Block I, Maruia Survey District.

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve, Classification and Vesting of Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified for recreation purposes, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the reserve in The Lower Hutt City in trust for that purpose.

Schedule

Wellington Land District—Lower Hutt City

211 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 7861, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District. All certificate of title 35C/44.

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve, Classification and Vesting of Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified for scenic purposes, pursuant to section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the reserve in The Lower Hutt City in trust for that purpose.

1890 square metres, more or less, being Section 948 Hutt District, situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District. All certificate of title 35C/45.

Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Act 1991

Notice of Approval of the Sale of Certain Land

Pursuant to section 5 of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Revesting Act 1991, the Minister of Conservation hereby approves the sale of the following parcel of land by The Wanganui District Council.

All that piece of land situated in the Land District of Wellington, containing 1001 square metres, more or less, being Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 40543 and being all the land contained in certificate of title Volume 12A, folio 1386.

In terms of section 5 (2) (c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, this approval shall take effect on the 1st day of April 1992.
