New Schedule Added to the Principal Notice

"Schedule

Goods to Which This Notice Applies

The goods to which this notice applies are hog bristle paintbrushes for household or industrial use, originating in The Peoples Republic of China. The Goods are currently classified under Tariff Item 9603.40.00 (Statistical Key currently 02D), which classification is provided for convenience only."

Dated at Wellington this 2nd day of April 1992.

PHILIP BURDON, Minister of Commerce.

Explanatory Note:

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice amends the principal notice of the Minister of Customs published in the Gazette of 2 June 1988, by omitting the reference to the exporter, given that the exporter now trades under various names, and inserting normal values for the goods. The normal values have been determined after a review of the need for the continued imposition of the anti-dumping duty, which resulted in a reassessment of the applicable normal values.
