Benefit Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hong Kong, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of April 1992, it appointed Michael John Ferrier Ellis of Auckland and Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, as receivers and managers of the property of Raynor Distributors Limited under a debenture dated the 5th day of December 1989, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled capital for the time being.
