Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, gives notice that on the 17th day of March 1992, it appointed Rowan John Chapman and Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker receivers and managers of all the undertaking and all of the property, both present and future of Beckindale Holdings Limited (in receivership), pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 19th day of November 1982, a copy of which was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 23rd day of November 1982.

The receivers and managers are empowered to act jointly and severally.

The offices of the receivers and managers are situated at the offices of Gosling Chapman, Chartered Accountants, Eighth Floor, Gosling Chapman Centre, 63 Albert Street (P.O. Box 158), Auckland 1.

Trifford Investments Limited (in receivership) (“the company”) with reference to Lowe Hotels Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 31st day of March 1992, the company appointed Geoffrey Donald Campbell Walker and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountants of Gosling Chapman, Eighth Floor, 63 Albert Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 22nd day of March 1991, which instrument was given in favour of Trifford Investments Limited (in receivership).

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Stolac Enterprises Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of March 1992, it appointed Anthony John McCullagh and Peter John Brannigan, chartered accountants, both of Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 25th day of July 1989 given by Waikato Stud Limited in favour of Elders Rural Finance N.Z. Limited, Elders IXL Limited (now Fosters’ Brewing Group Limited), Elders Finance Group Limited and Elderbank Limited (now Matua Finance Limited) (“Elders Companies”), a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 27th day of September 1989, as varied by a deed of variations dated the 27th day of September 1989, which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 24th day of October 1989.

All the right, title and interest of the Elders Companies in the debenture has been assigned to Stolac Enterprises Limited.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all of the undertaking and all of the property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, of Waikato Stud Limited, including its uncalled and called but unpaid, capital of Waikato Stud Limited from time to time.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the office of Horwath Brannigan McCullagh & Co, Chartered Accountants, Level Ten, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
