Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to building line restriction K. 1307, for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

1168 square metres, situated in Block IV, Waimea Survey District, being Lot 21, D.P. 2382. All certificate of title, Volume 78, folio 182.

Land Declared to be Limited Access Road, Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road, and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that an agreement having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken under section 119 (1), and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/475.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

Land Taken

7 square metres, situated in Block IX, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 9073; as shown marked “T” on S.O. Plan 14663, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Pursuant to sections 24 (1) and 28 of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the State-Owned Enterprises (Landcorp Management Services Limited Vesting Order No. 20) Order 1992.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 26th day of March 1992.

2. Application—(1) This order applies to all the land described in the Schedule to this order, saving and excepting—

(a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more:

(b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more;
