Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the land in the Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Stratford District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.
