Declaring Land to be Road in Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland declares the land described in the Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Waitakere City Council.

376 square metres, being part Lot 63, D.P. 47631; shown marked “H” on S.O. Plan 63709, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in the Rodney District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Land Acquired for the Generation of Electricity (Patea Hydro Electric Station), Local Purpose Reserve (Esplanade) or Road in the District of South Taranaki

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for the generation of electricity (Patea Hydro-Electric Station) and vested in The Egmont Electric Power Board.

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for local purpose reserve (esplanade) subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 and vested in The South Taranaki District Council.

(c) The land described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and vested in The South Taranaki District Council.
