Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (playcentre) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

1444 square metres, more or less, being Section 60, Block XXI, Chatton Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 3236. S.O. Plan 8099.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager, Protection Division, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Canterbury Land District—Banks Peninsula District

32.3100 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 52815. All certificate of title 33K/267. Subject to rights of way, by T904922/4 and T904922/11.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager, Protection Division, Canterbury, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Lords Bush Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Central Otago District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Central Otago District Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the Maniototo Park Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares the land to be Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1992, No. 4.

2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
