Land Acquired for Road in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Nelson City Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Declaring Stopped Road to be Vested and Land Taken in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3):

(i) The portion of stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/568, subject to memorandum of mortgage 116477.

(ii) The portions of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6A/797, subject to memoranda of mortgage 294026.2 and 296076.1.

(iii) The portions of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/567, subject to memoranda of mortgage 294026.2 and 296076.1.

(iv) The portions of stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/140, subject to memoranda of mortgage 294026.2 and 296076.1.

(v) The portion of stopped road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 86, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.

(vi) The portions of stopped road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 97, folio 81, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.

(vii) The portions of stopped road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/508, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.

(viii) The portions of stopped road described in the Eighth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1D/932, subject to memoranda of mortgage 294026.2 and 296076.1.

(ix) The portions of stopped road described in the Ninth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/507, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.

(b) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares:

(i) The land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto, to be taken and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

(ii) The land described in the Eleventh Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1D/932, subject to memoranda of mortgage 294026.2 and 296076.1.

(iii) The land described in the Twelfth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/508, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.

(iv) The land described in the Thirteenth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8B/567, subject to memoranda of mortgage 294026.2 and 296076.1.

(v) The land described in the Fourteenth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 1A/251, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.

(vi) The land described in the Fifteenth Schedule hereto, to be taken and to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9A/507, subject to memoranda of mortgage 270838.1 and 302655.4.
