Declaring Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated and Land Severed in Block XIV, Mount Robinson Survey District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares:

(i) The roads described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated in certificate of title, Volume 359/226, subject to the provisions of “The Resumption of Land for Mining Purposes Act 1873”, fencing agreement No. 87116 and mortgage No. B0024111.1.

(ii) The road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 14B/466, subject to reservation as to coal, gold and silver No. 516880 and mortgage 387616.1.

(iii) The road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 18B/123, subject to reservation as to coal, gold and silver No. 516880 and mortgage 387616.1.

(iv) The road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 18B/124, subject to reservation as to coal, gold and silver No. 516880 and mortgage 725093.4.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares:

(i) The land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 18B/123, subject to reservation as to coal, gold and silver No. 516880 and mortgage 387616.1.

(ii) The land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be severance and amalgamated with certificate of title, Volume 18B/124, subject to reservation as to coal, gold and silver No. 516880 and mortgage 725093.4.
