Declaring Land Acquired for Hydro Electric Power Generation, Easements Acquired, Road Stopped and Set Apart for Hydro Electric Power Generation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for hydro electric power generation and shall vest in Waipori Power Generation Limited on the 12th day of March 1992.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, rights of way easements over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Waipori Power Generation Limited, the rights and powers, contained in paragraph 1 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for hydro electric power generation on the 12th day of March 1992.

(c) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into, easements of right to convey water through, under and across the land described in the Third Schedule hereto vesting in Waipori Power Generation Limited, the rights and powers, contained in paragraph 2 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, are hereby acquired for hydro electric power generation on the 12th day of March 1992.
