  7. Rowallan Forest—2900 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plans 11658 and 11659, Southland Land District and being Lot 2, D.P. 12507, Lot 1, D.P. 12538 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 12773, more commonly known as Rowallan Forest.

  8. Hokonui Forest—2610 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plans 11635, 11647 and 11661, Southland Land District and being Lot 1, D.P. 12376, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 12382 and Lot 1, D.P. 12547, more commonly known as Hokonui Forest.

  9. West Dome Forest—3170 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plans 11639 and 11640, Southland Land District and being Lot 1, D.P. 12455 and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 12498, more commonly known as West Dome Forest.

  10. Castledowns Forest—3270 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plan 11656, Southland Land District and being Lot 1, D.P. 12381, more commonly known as Castledowns Forest.

  11. Taringatura Forest—1390 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plan 11644, Southland Land District and being Lot 1, D.P. 12548, more commonly known as Taringatura Forest.

  12. Bare Hill Forest—550 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plan 11641, Southland Land District and being Lot 1, D.P. 12360, more commonly known as Bare Hill Forest.

  13. Strathallan Forest—350 hectares approximately being the land edged green on S.O. Plan 11657, Southland Land District and being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, D.P. 12480, more commonly known as Strathallan Forest.

  14. Otago Coast Lease Forests—1700 hectares approximately being the land edged green on a copy of the plan labelled Otago Leases, Otago Land District and being Lot 1, D.P. 17262, Lot 1, D.P. 17263, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 17264, Lot 1, D.P. 17265, Lot 1, D.P. 17266, Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 17267, Sections 3, 6, 8, 15 and 1 of 10, Block III, Kaitangata Survey District, Sections 1 of 6, 2 of 6, 10, 11, 1 of 12, 2 of 12, 13, 14, and parts of Sections 3 and 4, Block IV, Kaitangata Survey District, and Sections 1, 4, 5, 6, parts 7, and part 9, Block VIII, Kaitangata Survey District more commonly known as Otago Coast Lease Forests.

  15. Boundaries

(1) The boundaries are generally around the forest perimeter.

(2) Where a boundary is shown there shall be immediately adjacent to those lands a fire safety margin of 1 kilometre deemed to be within the boundaries of the New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District, but does not include:

(a) Where the fire safety margin overlaps an adjacent Rural Fire District; or

(b) Any Fire District within the meaning of the Fire Service Act 1975.

(3) The boundaries are more particularly delineated, but excluding the fire safety margin, on plans NRFA 105 entitled New Zealand Timberlands Rural Fire District, deposited in the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.

Transit New Zealand—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

State Highway No. 10 Pakaraka to Awanui

It is noted that Transit New Zealand, by resolution, dated the 17th day of July 1991 and pursuant to section 88 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 10 (Pakaraka-Awanui) and extending north for a distance of approximately 300 metres as more particularly shown on Sheet 1A of Plan LA111/34/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Regional Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
