Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.

All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Her Excellency The Governor-General has released the following statement:

"An announcement has been made by the Office of the British Prime Minister, 10 Downing Street, London, that The Queen has been graciously pleased to approve:

The Honourable Donald Charles McKINNON, M.P., Deputy Prime Minister;

The Honourable William Francis BIRCH, M.P., Minister of Labour;

have been appointed Members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council."

The Honourable Thomas Munro GAULT, a Judge of the Court of Appeal; and

The Honourable Ian Lloyd McKAY, a Judge of the Court of Appeal,

be appointed Members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council."
