Vesting of Reserve in the Dunedin City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby vests the Hyde Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, in the Dunedin City Council in trust, for the purpose of a recreation reserve.

Revocation of the Appointment of the Waikouaiti Domain Board Over Part of a Reserve and Vesting of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Waikouaiti Domain Board as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1966, page 763, over the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further vests the same in the Dunedin City Council in trust for recreation purposes.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the appointment of The Selwyn District Council to control and manage that part of the Waihora Park Recreation Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the reserve shall no longer form part of the Waihora Park Recreation Reserve.
