Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Kapiti Coast District Council on the 22nd day of August 1991:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Kapiti Coast District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves as specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Rodney District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sales to be paid into the council’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Minister of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1992, No. 3.

2. The notices referred to in the Schedules A (i), B (i), C (i) and D (i) hereto are hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the corresponding lands described in Schedules A (ii), B (ii), C (ii) and D (ii) hereto. Furthermore, the lands described in Schedules A (ii), B (ii), C (ii) and D (ii), hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
