Broadcasting Standards Authority
Broadcasting Act 1989
Broadcasting Standards Authority—Decision No. 1/92, 2/92, 3/92, 4/92, 5/92 and Interlocutory Decision 1/91
Pursuant to section 15 of the Broadcasting Act 1989, notice is hereby given that the Broadcasting Standards Authority has made the following Decisions on complaints referred to it for investigation and review.
(i) In Decision 1/92, the Authority upheld a complaint by Mrs L. J. Cowan of Invercargill, that the broadcast by TV3 Network Services Limited of an item on Nightline on 2 August 1991 breached the responsibility placed on broadcasters to maintain standards requiring good taste and decency.
(ii) In Decision 2/92, the Authority declined to uphold a complaint by Mr John Connell of Rotorua, that the broadcast by TV3 Network Services Limited of an item on Nightline on 23 August 1991 breached the responsibility placed on broadcasters to maintain standards requiring good taste and decency.
(iii) In Decision 3/92, the Authority upheld a complaint by Ms Kathleen Lyons of Woodville, that the broadcast by XS Radio Limited of an item on 26 September 1991 breached the responsibility placed on broadcasters to maintain good taste and decency.
(iv) In Decision 4/92, the Authority declined to uphold a complaint by the Credo Society Inc. about action taken by Campus Radio 95BFM Limited after the broadcaster had upheld the Society's complaint about an item broadcast on 1 September 1991.
(v) In Decision 5/92, the Authority upheld a complaint by the Auckland District Law Society that the broadcast by Television New Zealand Limited of items on Fair Go on 3 and 24 September 1991 breached the responsibilities placed on broadcasters to deal justly and fairly with any person referred to and to show balance, impartiality and fairness in dealing with political matters, current affairs and all questions of a controversial nature.
(vi) In Interlocutory Decision 1/91, the Authority accepted the referral of a complaint from the Solicitor-General about broadcasts by Capital FM Limited on 17 and 24 July 1991 under section 8 (4) of the Broadcasting Act 1989 in that the Solicitor-General was dissatisfied with the action taken by the broadcaster.

Minimum Standards—Bay of Islands Home Delivery District
In terms of section 16 of the Milk Act 1988, the New Zealand Milk Authority hereby amends the notice dated 6 December 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 1988, No. 214, page 5371, by:

Omitting from clause (a) (ii) the references to Omapere, Opononi and Rawene.

Omitting from clause (b) (ii) the references to Omapere, Opononi and Rawene.
This notice shall come into force on the expiration of 10 working days after its publication in the Gazette.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 71 (3) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, the name of NZI Bank Limited was removed from the register of registered banks on 17 February 1992.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (public utility) reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
