Radio Regulations 1987

Exemptions of Radio Apparatus From Licensing

Pursuant to regulation 6A of the Radio Regulations 1987 ("the regulations"), acting under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, and being satisfied that in respect of the radio apparatus specified in the Schedule to this notice licences are not required for the efficient and effective management of the radio frequency spectrum, I hereby exempt the radio apparatus described in the Schedule to this notice from the requirement to be licensed under regulation 6 (1) of the regulations.
