Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.

All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Lead Acid Batteries from Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan: Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to section 14 (3A) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), the Minister of Commerce gives the following notice of reassessment of the amount of anti-dumping duty.

Notice

  1. Title—(1) This notice may be cited as the Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Lead Acid Batteries from Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan: Amendment No. 1, and shall be read with and be part of the notice given for the Minister of Commerce entitled “Final Determination and Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty: Lead Acid Batteries from Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan” (hereinafter referred to as the “principal notice”).

(2) This notice shall take effect from 9 December 1991.

  1. Second Schedule to the Principal Notice Substituted—The principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the Second Schedule and substituting the new Second Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.
