Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and recreation reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of Whatuwui No. 2B Section 1 and their descendants.
