Shaldon Properties Limited, gives notice that on the 25th day of November 1992, it appointed Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, both chartered accountants of Auckland, joint and several receivers and managers of all of the undertaking and all of the property, both present and future, of G T Thomson Limited (in receivership), pursuant to powers contained in a debenture dated the 26th day of August 1991, a copy of which was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 29th day of August 1991.

The offices of the receivers and managers are situated at the offices of Ferrier Hodgson & Co, Fifth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.
